“I am always relieved by the professional standards expected of us as I would not want to be part of a profession with anything less. The quality of the teaching is excellent, there is plenty of space for individuality. I’ve never felt manipulated or coerced into a certain role or type of thinking. I believe the college holds a perfect balance between allowing the individual to develop within an environment that keeps the experience safe. Learning has been a pleasure. I have felt stretched by the amount of work which allows me to feel proud of my achievements. Running a college is a massive under-taking; your team work and management style is awesome!”
